I am Jeff Schumacher, a licensed REAL BROKER, LLC in Washington State. I help buy and sell residential and commercial properties as a REAL BROKER, LLC. I grew up in Yakima WA, where my family owned Schumacher Leasing, LeasingRealestate.com

I moved to western Washington in 1997 and graduated from Western Washington University in 2002. I majored in International business and marketing and minored in Political Science. I studied investment opportunities, economic community development, and economic marketing strategies.

I married my wife Mariana in 2007 and we have four children: Sofia, Victoria, Diego, and Estella. We like sports, fitness, church, environmental adventures, and beaches.

Over the years, I have been greatly involved in nonprofit volunteering, marketing, and community leadership.
